These guys are wicked hard if your not organized

They freeze their target and drop 100% threat and start over, so if you are mid shot and hit him right after you prolyl get the aggro

We used 2 tanks per mob, war and druid or war and paladin on each when one is frozen the other picks it up.

Some people use hunters to kite one. The hunters can also use their new attackl that places threat on another target to redirect them

With our frost mage we can pull a two pack and have him ping-pong the aggro around on the extra usher using his elemental and iceblock if necessary.

When his CD's are burnt though, usually one healer is going to eat it on an ice tomb. That was me about 10 times the first night.

I'd be happy to see them lower the respawn time, but once the opera house is on farm I suppose it becomes trivial.

Ice Tomb is a Stun. Because of that Free Action potion will give your tanks 30sec immunity to it.

is this confirmed, that free action pots work? i broke my head trying to think of something to counter those mobs, but except for spell steal (which we didn't think to try while there) i didn't stumble upon anything useful or they were immune ;)
a comment on akz recommends pulling the 2 mobs together and having both tanks aggro both mobs which is supposed to often lead to one tank getting both ice tombs, thus leaving the other one free and hopefully with more aggro than the poor onehit victims

We actually had a druid dash kite one like a headless chiken back to the maiden's room while we killed the other with warr on FrR gear and paladin tanking.. We did it wohoo!

We had some huge problems since these guys pull kiters back when oor, But then we tried Grounding Totem and that absorbs the ice tomb ability. So tank can keep aggro through whole fight.

Ice Tomb is able to be reflected by Warrior Spell Reflection.

A very easy way to counter them is to have 2 tanks and cleave/swipe spam on both of them, this way when you get frozen the Ushers switch tank targets, it's really easy this way.

All you need to know is not to get higher threat on both of the tanks and these are very easy.

Free actions potions, Blessing of Freedom won't stun you, but they still reset aggro.

REALLY EASY just need to be on yur toes

have 2 tanks, one on each, let them gain aggro before dps is called

important that priest is dispelling tanks IMMEDIATELY cuz the frost shocks that are put on tanks if stacked 3 times will freeze tank an wipe aggro. Must dispell, have other 2 healers heal an priest dispell, tank can sheild bash frost shock but timing is quick, or even spell reflect, works better if dispelled

For the 2-pull encounters on this mob:

We do very little DPS pre-freezing of the Tanks. Both tanks swap threat gaining abilities, essentially topping aggro list 1 and 2 on each Usher. Once, both MT and OT have passed the freeze stage, we then nuke mob by kill order. We have only ever kited this mob if somebody has opened fire and disrupted the aggro of one mob.

Really nerfed in patch 2.1.0. They now can be CC'ed, so your tanks only have to bother about one at a time. Shackle one, both tanks build threat on the other, using spell reflection and it's easy mode.

Guess we'll miss those trash being harder then some bosses.

One tactic we tried to counter these - since we lack a priest to CC one - was to have two tanks, one on each usher, and damage starts on one usher. About 10-15 seconds in, everyone switches to the usher they're not on, and this repeats. This worked far better than having everyone pound one usher and then he goes ballistic on the damage every ice tomb, but we still tended to lose someone after each pull. Luckily, you only need to kill 5 of them. Some Frost resist also helps.

These are at the entrance to the Opera House. There are two groups of two, plus one that patrols back and forth.

The best method for the two-packs, by far, is currently to use two tanks, a priest, and two hunters. The priest shackles one and the two tanks fight for aggro on the other while it is killed. Warrior tanks can try to reflect the Ice Tomb spell.

Once the first one is killed, the two hunters use Misdirection to pull the second one to the two tanks. This is important. The second one will instantly kill a healer, otherwise.

The single patrol is trouble if it is pulled with the other group. So, use a hunter with Track Undead to spot it and avoid this problem.

After killing five of these, head into the Opera house and turn right along the hallway before getting to the audience. This path leads to the backstage area.

It seems to me that they see through stealth as well. 5 points in MOD and he just charged me right away. Normally mobs stop and look at least for a moment. Just a heads up to fellow careless rogues! ;D
