Blizzard's Kobayashi Maru style attempt at making you prove that you're either a terrible person -- by destroying a little girl's defenseless squeaky toy elekk... or a loser -- by throwing in the towel to spare her feelings and the feelings of an arguably inanimate object. I now possess definitive proof that I am indeed a terrible human being.

Doodle's abilities deal no damage. But they're pretty cute. Perhaps someday he'll be a real boy.

If you haven't noticed already, Doodle is a golden one fight daily opportunity of 4,350 base xp (or 6,525 xp with a +50% xp pet treat). Four (six) times a random level 25 pet battle.

Your 3 pet team when facing Ashlei's team should be: 1=A Powerhouse, 2=A pet with Explode or some other suicide attack. 3=A level 1 with a basic attack you want to level.
Step one: Powerhouse in and win against Pixiebell.
Step two: Have the level 1 face Doodle the fist time he pops out and swap after 1 hit on Doodle.
(The only reason for step two, is in case you accidentally crit-strike Doodle you don't lose all that sweet XP.)
Step three: Kill off your powerhouse on Tally and kill Tally with your 2nd pet.
Step four: Turn the plushie into a punching bag for a bit and/or just kamikaze on Doodle. If Doodle lives, peck him to death with your level 1 without fear and have your level 1 pet become a level 11 pet (or 14).

I've confirmed that the amount of rounds it takes does not effect the XP you get. So there is no need to get masochistically heartless over the slow murder of a little girl's dolly.

Watch out for it's one hit kill move. When it falls asleep, you'll know it's coming.

Wearing my Safari Hat, I took down Pixiebell & Tally with an Emerald Proto-Whelp & the Darkmoon Zeppelin.
Doodle was the last one to go.
I brought in a level 1 pet & after many MANY hits of 20-50 damage to Doodle, the battle was won & my level 1 pet dinged 12!

This battle can be done with 1x Scourged Whelpling (L25) and a level pet up to 23.
Anything over 300xp-ish into L23 is a waste, since it'll tick L25. (It takes a L1 pet up to L12). Don't forget to wear your safari hat!

Start with the Scourged Whelpling.
Cast Call Darkness to counter Moonlight weather from Pixiebell.
After that, just Tail Sweep everything.
After Pixiebell dies, there are 2 rounds which you can damage Doodle before it's swapped out for Tally.
Keep using Tail Sweep until Tally dies.
If everything goes normally (no misses/no crits), both Tally and your Scourged Whelpling should die in the same round.
Use your leveling pet to finish off Doodle. Doodle doesn't do any damage so use whatever you want.

If the Scourged Whelpling survives for some reason, just swap it out before Doodle is dead and kill Doodle with your leveling pet.
Have a backup pet ready, just in case the Scourged Whelpling dies before Tally does.

Mechanical Pandaren Dragonling(1/2/2) easily solo this team.
start with dragonling
use decoy immediately
cast thunderblot whenever off cd and fill with breath
you can switch your carry pets after Tally is dead.You can even use lvl 1 pets(they get to lvl 9 with safari hat).

Soloable with Death Talon Whelpguard, allowing the levelling up with any carry pet with no danger to it. If RNG goes against you, any mechanical pet of level 20+ will easily guarantee victory. I've never needed the second pet.

1. Spiked Skin
2. Shadowflame
3. Shadowflame
4. Shadowflame - This should kill Pixiebell and bring in Doodle. You will be very low HP, but this doesn't matter anymore.
5. Spiked Skin - refresh this, since you won't be attacked this round. Very useful against other pet.
6. Clobber - This will stun Doodle and cause him to be swapped out next round
7. Shadowflame - this is a free attack, since Tally gets swapped in.
8. url=http://www.wowhead.com/pet-ability=393]Shadowflame - Keep zapping with this. If Tally uses Stampede then you've guaranteed victory, since it can't hurt you.
9. After Tally is down, swap in your levelling pet for a round v Doodle and then just take him down in your own time.

Definitely worth bringing along a low level carry here - as the XP gain is insane (especially during pet battle boost xp time, a level 1 pet will go to level 21 after one battle here, assuming a safari hat is worn!
